中新网8月15日电 综合外电报道，阿富汗首都喀布尔15日发生自杀式汽车炸弹爆炸袭击，目前已经造成3人死亡，70人受伤。
据报道，爆炸发生在北约驻阿富汗国际安全援助部队总部大门外，附近有多国部队驻扎。有目击者看到空中升起浓烈烟雾。死伤者中包括国际安全援助部队人员，以及阿富汗平民。
塔利班随后声称对此爆炸事件负责，并称原目标是针对美国大使馆。
此次爆炸发生在即将于8月20日举行的阿富汗大选之前，也是几个月来喀布尔首次发生爆炸。随着大选日期的临近，阿富汗境内的安全形势愈加恶化。塔利班武装分子发誓要干扰大选，目前武装分子活动的范围已经从之前的东部和南部扩散到全国范围，以前相对安全的西部和北部地区也屡遭武装分子的侵扰。塔利班上个月曾发表声明，要求阿富汗人不要参加总统选举投票，并威胁要在选举期间发动恐怖袭击。
