Hello, everyone! Welcome to Dali City, and Im sure you will enjoy a pleasant journey here. Indeed, Dali fails no visitors.
Located in the west of Yunnan Province, Dali enjoys a long and splendid history. For five hundred years, it served as the capital of Dali until the collapse of the empire.
Blessed with an agreeable weather, Dali offhrs a cozy home for a large variety of natural plants. For its superiority in natural condition, Dali earns such fame as "Orient Swiss" and "the city of Flower".
Dali has been widely praised for its attraction in natural beauty: Dalis fascination, however, does not end there. Standing in silence here are numerous ancient temples, steles, bells and towers, as the witness of the history of Dall and the proof of the wisdom and creativity of the Dali people.
Our journey here will cover most of the famous spots, making our schedule extremely tight. This afternoon, however, you may take a short rest to recover from the fatigue of such a long trip. After supper, we will have a tour in the city to unveil the glamour of Dali behind the curtain of night. There will be more excitements and enjoyments awaiting you in the days to come.

Have been a travelling by train for about 3h, the journey was tiring. I arrived in our province"s capital city-Nanning,a green city in south China.
I met Mrs.Long,then she showed me around the downtown including Walmart,Xingning walking street,the bund,ect. There is a drinks machine in the street that offers passers by free drinkable water. They had the same thing in my city, but people used the water to wash their hands which ruined the machines. On the contrary, Ningningese tend to protect every piece of public property. When a little boy wanted to wash his hands, his mother stopped him immediately and told him," ____,you should not use the water to wash your hands,the water is for drinking."
In the evening I walked to see the Guangxi Peoples" Hall and Mendzhidao shopping mall. The next day,I cycled to Langdong new district where the Nanning international exhibition is located. The exhibition is built for CAEXPO. The bike broke during my way back,but a student from Guangxi University kindly gave me a lift. On the last day i got up early to go to Qingxiushan Park.There I enjoyed the scenery and prayed to the buddhas for my future.

Last summer I went to Vietnam with my parents. We stayed at a small village outside Saigon. The air and water was very clean and there were many kids playing in the mud along with water buffalos.
Though it’s a very poor country, the kids seem to be happy. They live with their farmer parents in little houses built with dirt and straw and help out a lot in the rice field during the day. They don’t have TVs or Internet, but they enjoy a lot playing outside. It was a very memorable trip that I will never forget.
