入选理由: 大多数情况下雅思作文的命题都符合“主流(教育类和政府类)＋非主流（指教育类和政府类以外的话题类型，不是指“90后非主流”哦:-)的命题原则，即主流话题与非主流话题轮换出现，由于10月11号考的“意识形态类(抽象类)”话题属于“非主流”，因此这次轮到考政府决策类的可能性最大。
